Summer is over

Autum is coming after nice summer. Leaf is starting to charge yellow.
Really nice summer in Switzerland, this is a Firestone time in 4 years my stay here.

MUSEE INTERNATIONAL D'HORLOGERIE

What does it make this small village, La Chaux-de-Fonds, famous. it is watch manufactures. Many Swiss watch manufacture has a head office and factory here. Further, famous watch museum is located here. This is a purpose of small trip. Museum shows old historical watches to present watches. I cannot refuse to express my excitement. This is a place I would come for a long time since I was a student.

Snow route to La Chaux-de-Fonds

I visited La Chaux-de-Fonds, small village in French border. Cold wave brought a lot of snow this morning. My short trip to La Chaux-de-Fonds is like a going to ski resort, I enjoyed snow driving and beautiful frosted trees.

DAMIAN, Vino Italiano

Italian wine coming from Alto Adige=Trentino area. it is a fruity and aromatic white wine my subordinate bring this. Trentino wine reminds me Italian life as I visited Dolomiti area every summer. Italian Alps is rock and characteristic shape and colors, which is completely different from Switzerlands' one. Once again I would visit there! It is not food blog but trip memories.

My friend's special plate

My friend offered Sunday lunch, which looks like we visited a special French Michelin restaurant. This is a terrific plate, grilled beef with foiegras, we are addicted with this.

Vin de Bourgogne

Bourgogne is one of my favorites. To understand French wine it needs a tremendous time after my Italian life.
This Chardonnay is born at Beaune, Cote d'Or 黄金の大地, Bourgogne wine is fruity and elegant taste. I am addicted Bourgogne.
